We receive this information through your communications with GramMitra Connect over WhatsApp, and via the messaging infrastructure operated by WhatsApp and Meta Platforms, Inc. under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

• To coordinate location sharing, quotations and bookings with relevant service providers

• The relevant independent service provider(s) being considered for, or assigned to, your request — so they can quote, confirm and fulfil the service

We do not sell your personal information.
