GramMitra Connect is a rural service marketplace that helps customers connect with independent local vendors, machinery operators, drivers and skilled service providers.
We may collect information such as your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, preferred language, village or service location, messages, service requirements, booking details and records needed to operate and secure the service.
Information may be used to identify customers, understand service requirements, create and manage bookings, provide booking updates, connect customers with suitable service providers, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain operational records.
Relevant booking, service-location and contact information may be shared with an independent service provider when required to respond to or fulfil a customer request. Information may also be processed by infrastructure, communications and technology providers required to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
GramMitra Connect may communicate through WhatsApp. Use of WhatsApp is also governed by the applicable terms and privacy policies of WhatsApp and Meta.
Location or address information voluntarily provided by a customer may be used to determine service availability and coordinate service fulfilment.
Information is retained for legitimate service, legal, operational and security purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing info@grammitraconnect.com. Verification may be required before a request is processed.
